Midstates Inc. will ship orders received by 2:00pm Monday - Friday the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped the next business day. In the unlikely event that Midstates Inc. is out of stock on an item, which you order we will contact you before placing your order on backorder.
Unless otherwise noted, we will prepay the freight on all shipments of $30 or more within the continental United States via UPS Ground. Freight charges will be added to all orders less than $30, or orders shipped outside the continental US. Should you wish your order to be shipped by another method (Next Day or 2nd Day) freight charges will be added to your order.
Midstates Inc. will accept returns within 10 days of delivery of the product subject to the following:
- All returns must be pre-approved by Midstates Inc.
- Defective items may be returned for replacement only.
- Non-Defective items MUST be in NEW/RESALEABLE condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Special Order Items may be returned only if defective or damaged, and only for replacement. No refunds will be issued on Special Order Items.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid to Midstates Inc.
- If an shipment is refused without prior authorization from Midstates Inc. the customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and all freight charges.
