The heart of aFe's system is its Magnum
Flow air filter. The filter features a polyurethane
outer casing for a perfect seal to the airbox. The
pleats are also precisely molded to the casing and
flow more than 300 cfm over a paper filter and more
than 400 cfm better than conventional foam filters.
Mating the filter to the factory mass
airflow sensor is aFe's billet aluminum adapter, which
creates a smooth transition for less turbulent airflow.
In a nutshell, the aFe intake system will out-flow
the stock air intake and allow more air into the engine.
